What is Fondant?
Fondant is a delicious icing that is often misunderstood by many. Often, their experience was something doughy or chewy. Fondant when done right is light, sweet and provides a wonderfully smooth canvas for decorating and seals in the freshness of the cake. It is used to produce some of the most beautiful and tasty cakes for weddings, showers, and christenings. It can be kneaded, rolled, cut into shapes, molded, and embossed.
