I would like to thank Charlotte Weddings for the opportunity to appear in their Spring/Summer issue magazine which is on stands now, so get your hot copy. I would also like to give mention to some of the participant vendors on our particular shoot. La-Tea-Da Catering provided some yummy upscale carnival food. My favorite was the chicken cordon bleu lollipops- Mmm. Sweet Little Poochie!

This was a cake for a special 50th birthday.This was my second dog cake, with the Carrie Underwood cake being the first. I guess it was my first poodle cake. Sculpting the head was a little challenging and I used cotton candy for the ears covered with buttercream. I coudn’t think of anything else edible and poofy. So what do you think?
